Harris County, TX – Wrong-Way Accident On TX-249 Near Hollister Road Results In Fatalities

Harris County, TX (March 18, 2019) – Around 2:00 a.m. Saturday, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of an accident near the intersection of Highway 249 and Hollister Road.

According to Deputies, a white Chevrolet four-door vehicle was traveling in the wrong way down TX-249. The Chevy crashed into the passenger side of a maroon four-door vehicle traveling down the highway.

Two people inside the maroon vehicle were killed on impact. The driver of the Chevy sustained life-threatening injuries, which ultimately resulted in death. None of the three victims of this crash have been identified. Deputies believe alcohol was a factor in this crash.
