San Angelo, TX (March 20, 2019) – On Wednesday, March 20, the police and emergency crews responded to the scene of an accident involving a school a bus.

The accident occurred at the intersection of East 19th Street and Volney in San Angelo.  Reports indicate that a Jeep Cherokee SUV rear-ended a school bus, which had stopped at the intersection.

After the accident, paramedics arrived on the scene and treated and transported two individuals to a nearby hospital with major injuries. At this time, the accident remains under investigation. We are unsure if the injured victims were in the school bus or in the Jeep.
