Motorcycle Accidents In Texas
Although motorcyclists account for only 1% of travelers on the roadways across Texas, they make up nearly 14% of victims killed in fatal accidents. The fact that motorcyclists are completely vulnerable to the impact of vehicles weighing thousands of pounds means they are more likely to suffer catastrophic injuries in accidents.
Our Texas Motorcycle accident lawyers at the Benton Law Firm understand the unique challenges motorcycle accident victims face in the aftermath of their accidents. These individuals are often stereotyped by society into looking as if they are out on the roadway causing accidents. This is far from the truth. In fact, the majority of motorcycle accidents that occur across our state are caused by reckless drivers who do not pay attention when they are behind the wheel.
