Bandera, TX (March 22, 2019) – On March 21, the Texas Department of Public Safety released the name of the victim killed in a motor vehicle accident on March 10.

According to Investigators, a 2003 Infiniti driven by 32-year-old Christopher Lucero Vergara veered on to the shoulder of Highway 173 for unknown reasons. The car then struck a GMC Yukon.

After the accident, the passenger of the Infiniti, Karina Michelle Martinez, was transported to University Hospital but later succumbed to her injuries.
