Lipan, TX – Head-On Collision On US-281 Near Perrin Results In Injuries

Lipin, TX (March 22, 2019) – Around 7:20 a.m., the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a head-on collision on US Highway 281 south of the Palo Pinto and Jack County line.

According to DPS, a 2013 Ford Expedition, driven by Donna Andreatta, 67, of Santo, was traveling north along US-281. Andreatta attempted to pass another vehicle while in a no passing zone, where she struck a 2008 Ford Fusion driven by Brady Adair, 19, of Perrin who was traveling south along US-281.

Both victims were airlifted to Fort Worth area hospital for treatment to their injuries. Our thoughts and prayers go out to both Adair and Andreatta at this time.
