San Antonio, TX – Stephen Hernandez Identified As Victim Of Hit-And-Run Crash On Culebra Road

San Antonio, TX (March 22, 2019) – On March 21, police and first responders reported to the scene of a crash on Culebra Road involving a motorcycle and a truck.

According to police a motorcycle was traveling eastbound down Culebra Road when it crashed into a brown truck that pulled out in front of him. The motorcyclist, who was later identified as Stephen Hernandez, 26, sustained major injuries and was rushed to University Hospital.

Hernandez later passed away from his injuries. The driver of the truck fled the scene of the accident. Our deepest condolences go out to the Hernandez family as they deal with this tragic loss.
