Houston, Texas (March 23, 2019) On the morning of March 23rd, a fatal car accident happened in the 5000 block of Gulf Freeway, also known as Interstate 45, near the Tanger Outlets. According to the reports, a Cadillac was stopped in the middle lane of the highway due to mechanical issues when a pickup truck struck it at 4:30 a.m.
