Pedestrian Accidents in Texas

Bastrop, TX – Man Killed in Fatal Pedestrian Accident on Texas 71Unfortunately, studies listed failure to control speed as the leading cause of all accidents in Texas. Other common causes are driver inattention, failure to stay in one lane, failure to yield while making a left turn, unsafely switching lanes, failure to stop at traffic laws, and driving under the influence. All of these causes are examples of negligent driving, which could all be avoided if drivers made better decisions while behind the wheel.
