According to the reports, a black SUV containing undocumented occupants was traveling on the road when a Duval County deputy officer attempted to pull the vehicle over. The driver chose to speed off and turn on County Road 245, which caused him to lose control of the vehicle. The SUV flipped over and landed on its side, ejecting some of the passengers out of the vehicle.
