Harris County, TX (March 27, 2019) – A midday traffic stop on March 27 results in a multi-vehicle accident on the Katy Freeway.

A Harris County Sheriff Deputy pulled a vehicle over on I-10/US-90, near Mason Road, when a semi-truck crashed into the officers can and the black sedan pulled over by the officer. The officer dodged out of the way and sustained injuries for which he was transported to an area hospital for treatment.

The incident remains under investigation at this time, and no other people involved were injured.
