Montgomery County, TX – One Killed In Helicopter Accident Off Bethel Road And FM 149

Montgomery County, TX (March 27, 2019) – On Wednesday afternoon, March 27, authorities reported to the scene of a helicopter crash just off Bethel Road.

According to reports, a Texas A&M Forest Service helicopter crashed in the area near Bethel Road and Farm-to-Market Road 149. Fire crews and emergency personnel reported to the scene of the crash to find one occupant of the helicopter deceased and two others seriously injured.

The two injured victims were taken to an area hospital for treatment to their injuries. Their identities and conditions are not currently known.

At this time, it is not clear what caused the crash, though an investigation is likely underway.
