Cross Roads, TX – Major Collision on Highway 380 Results In Injuries
Cross Roads, TX (March 28, 2019) – Just before 10 a.m. on Wednesday, March 27, the Northeast Police Department and medical crews responded to a major collision on US Highway 380.
According to Police, one vehicle was traveling west along US Highway 380 when they stopped in the interior lane to make a U-turn, just over a small hill. A vehicle come over the hill and upon the vehicle stopped in the lane. The vehicle did not have enough time to stop and rear-ended the vehicle. The force of the impact pushed the stopped vehicle into oncoming traffic, resulting in a near head-on collision.
The three vehicles involved in this collision were a white Chevy Tahoe, a red Ford SUV, and a black Lexus sedan. Multiple people involved in this accident sustained injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. At this time, we are unsure of the extent of injuries.
