Katy, TX – Crystal Morgan and Jessica Padilla Injured In Hit And Run Accident On Morton Ranch Road Near Highway 99
Katy, TX (March 29, 2019) – On the evening of March 26, Crystal Morgan and Jessica Padilla were traveling to Katy on Morton Ranch Road near Highway 99 when a truck rear-ended their car. Padilla’s car was knocked into the opposite lane, narrowly missing other vehicles.
The rear bumper of Padilla’s car was removed in the collision and stuck to the truck’s front end as he fled the scene of the crash. Witnesses chased down the driver of the older model red Dodge truck with a black roof but were unable to catch him.
Both women sustained serious injuries to their backs while Crystal Morgan also sustained knee injuries. The driver of the truck has not yet been located.
