Dallas, TX (March 29, 2019) – Dallas Police responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident Near South Great Trinity Forest Way. The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m.

According to police, the driver of a 2010 Chevy Cobalt was speeding down the roadway when she narrowly lost control of her vehicle. The female driver pulled her vehicle to the side of the road to check her vehicle’s tires when a vehicle speeding by struck her. The driver fled the scene of the crash, leaving the woman lying in the road.

Dallas Police found the victim deceased at the scene of the incident.
