Houston, TX (March 31, 2019) Three pedestrians were struck at the 800 block of North Shepherd near West 10th Street in a hit-and-run pedestrian accident.

The alleged hit-and-run resulted in the death of two of the victims. Authorities are searching for the driver that the fled scene with front end damage to their car.
