Workplace Incidents In Texas

Lakeway, TX – Lakeway Airpark Plane Crash Leaves One Dead, One InjuredEach year, more than 500 Texans lose their lives in work-related accidents. Sadly, those involved in airplane accidents while on the job often sustain fatal or life-threatening injuries.

When victims are injured or killed on the job, their entire family unit suffers. Victims who survive the turmoil are left to deal with overwhelming pain and suffering. Unfortunately, they are unable to bring home an income because they are often forced out of work to recover. When victims sustain fatal injuries, families are left without an income entirely but forced to deal with funeral expenses and burial fees. In Texas, victims or their surviving family members are able to contact a Texas personal injury attorney to file a legal claim for compensation.
