San Antonio, TX – 2 Injured in Head-On Collision on Interstate Highway 10

San Antonio, TX (April 6, 2019) On the night of April 5th, a head-on collision happened on Interstate Highway 10 at about 10:25 p.m. According to the reports, a woman in a white vehicle was driving in the wrong direction on the highway for about two and half miles before she hit two vehicles, which caused her car to roll over.

When the paramedics arrived, they found one of the drivers suffering from injuries and transported them to a nearby hospital to receive treatment. The woman responsible for driving in the wrong direction also suffered from injuries and was taken to the hospital as well.

The accident is currently under investigation, but as of now they are working on running a blood test to determine whether the woman was under the influence at the time of the crash.

We hope both of the injured victims fully recover from all injuries.
