UPDATE: Houston, TX – Michael Goodie Killed in Vehicle Wreck on Old Galveston Road

Houston, TX (April 7, 2019) On the morning of April 5th, a vehicle wreck happened on Old Galveston Road and Gilpin Street. According to the reports, a Ford F-450 was headed down Old Galveston Road when a soft-top convertible Ford Mustang increased its speed to surpass the pickup truck. Unfortunately, the driver of the Mustang crashed into the Ford. The Mustang ended up flipping over as a result of the crash.

When the paramedics arrived, they found the driver of the Mustang, 46-year-old Michael Goodie, dead at the scene. The driver and passenger in the Ford both sustained injuries and were transported to Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital.

The police are currently investigating the accident to determine who will be held liable.

We send our condolences to Michael Goodie’s family at this time. Our thoughts are with them and the other injured victims in this crash.  We hope for a full recovery.
