Midland County, TX – Guadalupe Rivera-Nevarez Killed On FM 1788 in Collision With Semi

Midland County, TX (April 8, 2019) – On April 7, the Department of Public Safety responded to a two-vehicle collision on Farm-to-Market Road 1788 around 6:40 a.m.

According to DPS, a semi-truck was traveling southbound on FM 1788, pulling a trailer, when the driver made a U-turn across both lanes of traffic. A pickup truck traveling behind the semi, which was being driven by 55-year-old Guadalupe Rivera-Nevarez, struck the trailer. Rivera-Nevarez was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident. The driver of the semi-truck was uninjured in the collision.
