Pedestrian Accidents In Texas

Atascocita, TX – Juvenile Injured In Crash On W Lake Houston ParkwayEvery year, over 600 pedestrians are killed in Texas. Additionally, thousands more are injured. Given the fact that the human body stands very little chance against motor vehicles, victims involved often sustain serious and life-altering injuries. Victims, especially young children, are at an increased risk of sustaining traumatic brain injuries or even spinal cord injuries in pedestrian accidents.

When victims are injured, they are often left to deal with thousands of dollars in medical expenses related to the treatment of their injuries. In our state, victims can contact a Texas pedestrian accident attorney to file a legal claim against the at-fault driver. Although these lawsuits cannot alleviate the pain and suffering a victim experiences, they can help to alleviate costs associated with medical treatments and various other damages.

At the Benton Law Firm, we have extensive experience helping victims across our state collect the maximum amount of compensation for their claims. For years, we have assisted victims and their families in getting the compensation and justice they deserve.
