Fatal Collisions In Texas
Every year, over 3,700 Texans lose their lives in automobile accidents across our state. Unfortunately, the chances of victims sustaining catastrophic and fatal injuries are greatly increased in instances where semi-trucks are involved.
When victims lose their lives in tragic automobile collisions, they often leave behind families to grieve. This is especially true in situations where young children are involved. Losing multiple members of a family can have a truly devastating impact on surviving family members, especially when it comes to the emotional and financial consequences. In our state, surviving family members can contact a Texas wrongful death attorney to file legal claims against those at fault.
Wrongful death claims enable surviving family members to obtain compensation for medical and funeral expenses, lost wages, and various other damages incurred as the result of the incident. Our experienced Texas car accident attorneys from Benton Law Firm have years of experience helping victims across our state get the justice and compensation they deserve.
