The Colony, TX (April 9, 2019) – On Saturday, April 6, around 2 p.m., police responded to the scene of a bicycle collision.

According to police, 22-year-old Nels Henry Hogberg struck a boy on his bicycle near a crosswalk at North Colony Boulevard and Paige Road. The 13-year-old boy was injured in the collision and transported to an area hospital for treatment to injuries sustained.

Hogberg was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon for this collision.
