Fort Worth, TX – Star Byrd Killed Crossing I-35 West

Fort Worth, TX (April 12, 2019) – On April 11, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to a motor vehicle collision with a pedestrian along the southbound side of I-35W in Burleson.

According to reports, 39-year-old Star Byrd was attempting to cross the busy roadway when she was struck by four vehicles. Byrd was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.
