Houston, TX – Brandon Lehman Charged In Pedestrian Crash On Westheimer

Houston, TX (April 12, 2019) – On April 10, around 9 p.m., Houston Police Department responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident in the 11900 block of Westheimer.

According to reports, a red Dodge Challenger was traveling at a high rate of speed when it struck a woman. The woman landed on the trunk of the vehicle, where she was carried for multiple blocks before the driver pulled over.

The driver of the Challenger, who was identified as 23-year-old Rashad Lehman, was later arrested for DUI manslaughter. The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.
