Zorn, TX – Two Injured In Collision On State Highway 123

Zorn, TX (April 12, 2019)- On Wednesday, April 10, around 11:15 a.m., the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a collision on State Highway 123.

The incident occurred in the 14200 block of State Highway 123. According to Troopers, a white Ford Explorer pulled into a driveway on the road, in an attempt to make a U-turn. At the same time, a UPS truck was traveling south on Highway 123.

As the driver of the Explorer pulled out onto the highway, their view was blocked by the UPS truck. As a result, the Explorer T-boned a gray Hyundai on the roadway, which was traveling along the inside lanes in the southbound direction.

The drivers in both vehicles were injured in the collision. The driver of the Explorer was transported to Central Texas Medical Center while the Hyundai driver was transported to Ascension Seton Medical Center.
