Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Unfortunately, the number of pedestrian injuries increased every year in Texas. To decrease the number of pedestrian accidents, Texas is working on making more signs, adding more marked crosswalks, and building new sidewalks. Even though pedestrians usually have the right of way, it’s important for them to do their part by making sure they’re visible, especially at night. Pedestrians should also be on the lookout for any vehicles that appear to not be yielding or coming to a stop.
At Benton Law Firm, we are passionate about helping injured pedestrians win their personal injury lawsuits because we know how much injuries affect our clients’ lives physically, mentally, emotionally, and financially.
