Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accidents in El Paso
In 2018, about 32 pedestrians lost their lives after being struck by vehicles in El Paso. Whenever pedestrians are hit at night, it could be because of lack of street lights, unmarked cross walks, and dark clothing, making them harder to see. Whenever a driver strikes a pedestrian and proceeds to drive off without checking to see if they’re okay, that usually indicates the driver’s fear of being caught. It’s unfortunate whenever a driver leaves a pedestrian in the roadway to suffer.
