Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Recent studies indicate that about 3,500 pedestrians in Texas sustained injuries after getting hit by vehicles in 2016. Whenever pedestrians are hit in the middle of the night, it could be that the driver’s vision is blurred due to intoxication or fatigue. If a pedestrian is wearing dark clothing, they are even more likely to get hit by a driver who is already not in the right state of mind. It’s very important for both drivers and pedestrians to be on the look out for one another to ensure nobody gets hurt.
