Porter, TX – Deputy & One Other Hurt In Crash On HWY 59 Near FM 1314
Porter, TX (April 17, 2019) – Just after 11:30 p.m. on April 16, Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a motor vehicle accident on Highway 59.
The incident occurred along the highway near FM 1314. According to reports, a driver in a truck was traveling down the roadway when it rear-ended a deputy’s patrol car.
Both the deputy and the driver of the truck were transported to an area hospital by EMS for their injuries.
