San Antonio, TX (April 17, 2019) – Just before 7 a.m. on April 17, San Antonio Police Department responded to a fatal pedestrian accident in the 1700 block of Pinn Road.

According to reports, a woman was struck by a motor vehicle in front of Cable Elementary school. In the collision, she sustained serious head injuries and two broken legs. The woman was transported to University Hospital. At 7:45 a.m., authorities confirmed the female, who was in her 20s, passed away due to her injuries.
