Longview, TX (April 19, 2019) – Around 1 p.m. on April 19, Longview Fire Department and emergency crews responded to the scene of a motorcycle collision.

The incident occurred in the 3600 block of West Loop 281. A motorcycle and an unknown vehicle collided near the intersection of Harrison Road and West Loop 281. One person was transported to an area hospital for immediate medical treatment to injuries sustained in the collision.

The cause of the incident remains under investigation at this time. Crews worked for over an hour to clear the scene of the incident before reopening all lanes to the public.
