San Antonio, TX – Regina Ann Benavides Killed In Crash On Pinn Rd

San Antonio, TX (April 19, 2019) – On April 17, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident on Pinn Road.

Around 7 a.m., 41-year-old Regina Ann Benavides was crossing the street in front of Cable Elementary School, in the 1706 block of Pinn Road, when she was struck by a motor vehicle.

Benavides sustained serious head injuries and was transported to University Hospital. Around 7:45 a.m., authorities confirmed that she passed away as the result of injuries sustained in the collision.
