Texarkana, TX – Marvin Weaver Killed On N Stateline Ave In Wheelchair
Texarkana, TX (April 19, 2019) – On April 18, around 8:45 p.m., the Texarkana Texas Police Department responded to the scene of a pedestrian accident on North Stateline Avenue.
According to police, 68-year-old Marvin Weaver was attempting to cross Stateline Avenue toward Arkansas in his wheelchair when he was struck by a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe traveling along the southbound lanes in the 5300 block of Stateline Avenue.
Weaver was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident. The driver in the Santa Fe was uninjured.
