Loving, TX – Two Men Killed In SR-128 Crash Identified
Loving, TX (April 23, 2019) – On Friday, April 19, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a fatal collision on State Road 128 near Loving.
According to reports, 19-year-old Steve Stephens was traveling east along State Road 128 when his 2007 Hyundai crossed into the westbound lanes for unknown reasons. Stephens’ vehicle collided with a 2018 Ford pickup truck, which was driven by 47-year-old Anthony Robert Capetillo, who was traveling west along State Road 128.
Both Stephens and Capetillo were pronounced deceased at the scene of the collision.
