Fatal ATV Collisions In Texas

Riding ATVs is a fun past time activity people across Texas enjoy. Unfortunately, our state is leading in the number of ATV fatalities reported between 1982 and 2016, with over 800 victims reported losing their lives during this period.

When ATVs collide with motor vehicles on the roadway, victims are at serious risk of sustaining life-altering and catastrophic injuries, like broken bones or spinal cord injuries. Sadly, when children are involved in these collisions the chance of fatal injuries occurring is increased drastically.

When victims lose their lives in ATV accidents, surviving family members should contact a Texas wrongful death attorney from the Benton Law Firm as soon as possible.
