Vehicle Accidents in Texas
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration revealed that the leading causes of rear-end accidents are speeding and distracted driving. Almost 2 million rear-end accidents are caused nationwide annually. All drivers have a legal obligation to drive safely at all times while operating their vehicles. Even if drivers think they have complete control over their car as they check their phones, eat, converse with passengers, and more, they are still capable of accidentally causing a detrimental accident.
At Benton Law Firm, we work hard on behalf of families who have lost their loved ones due to rear-end accidents. We aim to help families recover the full costs of medical bills, funeral expenses, and more. We know that the lives of their lost loved ones are priceless, but we don’t believe it’s fair for them to be responsible for covering damages their loved ones did not cause.
