Head-On Collisions in Texas
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reveal that head-on collisions are responsible for 13 percent of all fatal accidents in rural areas throughout the United States. These accidents are more prone to happen in rural areas because sometimes drivers are unable to discern which lane is the correct lane due to poorly lit roads. Head-on collisions are also more likely when drivers are impaired while driving.
