Pedestrian Accidents in Texas

Cypresswood, TX – Cedrick Amos Injured in Pedestrian Accident on Tomball ParkwayIn 2015, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration reported that almost 4,000 pedestrians were seriously injured after getting run over by vehicles in Texas. Most pedestrian accidents are caused by drivers not paying attention to the road and accidentally striking them. However, there are some pedestrian accidents that occur due to aggressive driving. Whenever drivers strike a pedestrian and flee the scene, it’s because they don’t want to face the consequences of their actions, especially if they know they’re at fault.

At Benton Law Firm, we are passionate about helping injured victims seek compensation for their bodily injuries after being struck by vehicles. We know how much their injuries affect their physical, mental, and emotional health. For this reason, we don’t think they should be stuck paying for treatment if another driver was responsible for harming them.
