San Antonio, TX – 13-Year-Old Teenager Found Injured in Pool at Marriott Hotel

San Antonio, TX (April 28, 2019) On the 27th of April, a 13-year-old boy was found floating in a hotel pool unresponsive at the Marriott hotel in the 3200 block of Northwest Loop 410.

The reports state that a few children were in town for a retreat, and as they were playing in the pool, they found the boy floating. The children as well as chaperones pulled the boy out of the pool and attempted CPR. They immediately called for help when they couldn’t revive him.

Emergency crews arrived at the scene and rushed the teen to University Hospital for treatment of critical injuries.

Authorities are currently investigating the incident to determine what happened.

Our thoughts are with the injured swimmer and his family in hopes that he will be able to make a complete recovery from the incident.
