Glasscock County, TX (April 29, 2019) – On April 27, the Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a horrific incident on Highway 137.

According to reports, 28-year-old Sterling Fairchild was traveling north along Highway 137 when he crossed the center lines of the highway and struck a vehicle driven by 30-year-old Phillip Richards head-on.

Although both drivers were wearing their seatbelts at the time of the collision, they were both pronounced deceased at the scene.
