El Paso, TX (May 1, 2019) – Reports came in around 9 a.m. on Wednesday, May 1, that El Paso Police Department was responding to the scene of a collision.

The incident occurred near the intersection of Alabama St. and Fred Wilson Ave. According to reports, a sedan and a motorcycle collided at the intersection around 8:50 a.m. for unknown reasons. One person involved in the collision was pronounced deceased at the scene by responding officers.

Crews worked to clear the lanes on Fred Wilson; however, they kept the intersection closed for several hours to investigate and clear the scene of the collision.
