Fatal Pedestrian Accidents In Texas
Pedestrian accidents are often extremely serious in nature because the human body does not stand a fair chance against speeding motor vehicles weighing thousands of pounds. Unfortunately, more than 600 pedestrians lose their lives annually across our state.
When pedestrians are killed in collisions, surviving family members are often left to deal with the devastating consequences of the incident. Not only are they left to deal with overwhelming grief, but families are forced to spend thousands of dollars on funeral expenses due to their loved ones being killed by reckless drivers. In some cases, surviving family members can contact a Texas wrongful death attorney to obtain restitution to cover the cost of funeral arrangements, medical treatment, lost wages, and various other damages.
