Leon County, TX – Dale Michael McGinnis Killed In Crash On FM 39

Leon County, TX (May 2, 2019) – On Tuesday, April 30, emergency crews responded to the scene of a fatal collision on FM 39, just north of Flynn.

According to troopers, 29-year-old Dale Michael McGinnis was traveling along FM 39 in a 2013 Ford Super Duty F-550 when his front left tire of the vehicle blew out.

The pickup truck veered across the lanes, leaving the roadway, and crashing into a tree. The impact of the collision caused McGinnis to sustain fatal injuries and he was pronounced deceased at the scene of the incident.
