Jack County, TX – Two Injured When Two Motorcycles Crash On US 281
Jack County, TX (May 3, 2019)- On May 3, Texas Department of Public Safety responded to the scene of a motorcycle collision on US 281.
According to DPS reports, four motorcycles were traveling south along US 281, just south of TX-16, when two bikes crashed due to wet road conditions.
One of the motorcycles slid across the highway, coming to a stop in a ditch along the northbound side. Two individuals on the motorcycles were thrown from the bike, causing them to sustain injuries. The second motorcyclist was uninjured in the collision.
The driver of the first motorcycle was seriously injured and had to be flown to John Peter Smith Hospital for medical treatment.
