Lubbock, TX – Aaron Weseman Injured In Hit & Run At 19th St & Slide Rd

Lubbock, TX (May 3, 2019) – Around 2 a.m. on May 3, Lubbock Police Department responded to the scene of a collision at the intersection of 19th Street and Slide Road.

According to reports, a black Nissan Altima was traveling east across the intersection when it was hit by a white Lincoln LS. The driver of the Lincoln fled the scene of the incident before officers arrived.

First responders arrived at the scene of the incident and transported the driver of the Nissan Altima, who was identified as 21-year-old Aaron Weseman, to Covenant Health for his injuries.

The incident remains under investigation at this time as police work to locate the driver of the Lincoln who ran the red light causing the accident.
