Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accidents in Texas
Unfortunately, statistics show that a fatal pedestrian accident occurs almost every two hours in the United States. Drivers usually strike pedestrians before they realize a pedestrian is in their path. If drivers are distracted by something, they’re more liable to accidentally running over pedestrians, regardless of who has the right of way. When drivers leave pedestrians in the roadways to suffer, it is not uncommon for pedestrians to lose their lives for not receiving immediate care.
