Vehicle Accidents in Texas

Travis, TX – Car Crash on I-35 at Riverside DrIn 2016, October held the highest fatality rate when 336 people died in car accidents on Texas roads. Whenever collisions occur on highways, it’s usually due to drivers not checking their rearview mirrors and blind spots before switching lanes. Other times it’s because drivers are rushing to their destinations, resulting into them disregarding speed limits and accidentally crashing into others. Other causes include distracted driving, making drivers unaware when vehicles in front of them suddenly brake.

At Benton Law Firm, we are aware that all drivers owe each other a legal obligation to drive responsibly on the road. When they fail to do so because of negligence, they put innocent people at risk of being hurt.
