Gladewater, TX – Woman Killed In Train Accident Near Ferry Street
Gladewater, TX (May 6, 2019) – On May 4th, police and emergency crews responded to the scene of a pedestrian incident near Ferry Street.
According to reports, a 39-year-old female was on the tracks Saturday night when she was struck by a train. The force of the impact caused the woman to be relocated around 12-feet south of the tracks.
The woman sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident. Witnesses believe the woman may have been unable to leave the tracks for unknown reasons.
