Houston, TX – Man Struck And Killed By Car On Almeda Road

Houston, TX (May 6, 2019) – On Thursday, May 2, Houston Police Department responded to the scene of a pedestrian incident in the 8500 block of Almeda Road.

According to reports, just after 6 a.m., a 49-year-old male was crossing the roadway when he was struck by a black Toyota Camry traveling north along Almeda.

Paramedics transported to injured man to Memorial Hermann Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The driver of the Camry stayed at the scene of the incident and cooperated with police.
