Pedestrian Accidents In Texas

Nederland, TX – 8-Year-Old Student Struck By Car On 21st StreetEvery year, thousands of pedestrians are injured in roadways across Texas. Unfortunately, a large percentage of those injured are small children. Regardless of safety precautions established to protect pedestrians across our state, they continue to be injured in motor vehicle accidents.

When small children sustain injuries in pedestrian crashes, they are often forced to undergo extensive medical treatment and go through months of therapy. Injuries, like traumatic brain injuries, require long hospital stays where victims are left to deal with overwhelming pain. When children are injured in collisions caused by negligent drivers, parents should contact a pedestrian accident attorney in Texas as soon as possible.
